What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

First and foremost are my meds, keeping the bipolar low and the mood up – though that still comes with a very wobbly train of thought.

I chill out to Gregorian chants, it just feels so organic and ethereal, and keeps me calm(ish) on the way to and from work.

Lastly was a move to 4 days a week, which is really helping with the work-life balance, and sets me more time to write.
